DPI is equipped with state of the art machines from Switzerland, Taiwan and India. Hi-quality of various kinds of calibrated measuring instruments enables us to inspect accurately from process to dispatch.

 

Chemer make, 425 (Taiwan) is a high precision versatile ZNC spark erosion machine with high precision Electrode discharge machining, with very less setup time. This machine provides high quality surface finish & defined accuracy, which in turn reduces the polishing time for the mould components.
 

Hauser make, 5070 (Swiss) is high precision Jig boring machine with very high pitch accuracy with a 0ne micron scale feedback specially designed for mould base-manufacturing requirement. This machine has enhanced our mould base manufacturing capacity up to 64 cavities on auto unscrewing moulds & 24-cavity pen barrel mould.
