can assist you for product design & visualizing the new product by the
help of solid modeling, Mock-up or Model making.
Product Establishment Support:
Considering functional & market requirement of the product, DPI can
guide you for the product material. DPI can assist you to decide no. of
cavity to match the production requirement. If the project is expensive,
DPI offers you the option of pilot-mould to establish the product with
material & fitments or any modification if require. If require DPI will
establish inspection gauges for quality purpose & manufacture jigs &
fixtures for the assembly.
After Sales Support:
From the installation to worn out parts we will stand by you. Because of
the interchangeability, DPI can deliver any critical spare part of the
mould without downloading of the mould. (E.g. punch, cavity, stripper
